GRUPO POSTIGO OBTAINS THE CERTIFICATE CE OF THE WOODEN SAFETY BARRIER Grupo Postigo, obtains the certificate CE of the mixed metal/wood safety barrier for roads, with level of containment N2. Technical specifications: - Horizontal band composed of 2 molded bars of pine wood, with 1990mm length. Both fixed in a cort-ten steel sheet with 2,5mm thickness and dimensions 3990x290 mm once molded and folded. - Profiled vertical posts of cort-ten steel of dimensions 100x55 mm, 4 mm thickness and height 1500 mm placed to a distance between them of 4 m. - Spacer plate in cort-ten steel, with a linker sheet of dimensions 490x250 mm and 5 mm thickness welded to a cort-ten steel spacer of dimensions 210x70x70 mm and 3mm thickness. Pine wood covering post of 140mm diameter and 700 mm height. - Series of cables of 10 mm diameter of cort-ten steel with bars screwed in its ends. Series of M16 screws with round head of different lengths and with its corresponding nuts and screws. - Final piece, done with several wooden pieces for both ends, the beginning one and the end one. |
